Good morning from an overcast Hastings this morning.
Today I have gone for a Kiwi theme to support our boys in San Francisco who will hopefully win the America’s Cup this morning. It has been gripping tension the last few days. I don’t think there will be much work done this morning. So good luck to Dean Barker and the team. Bring the cup home.
I take my inspiration from what I find around me. There are so many interesting textures and shapes even at the local park where this photo was taken.
I then used the plastic wrap brush, followed by the poster edge brush to make this background paper.
From another photo I made this embellishment.
I wanted to keep this page simple and uncluttered so that is all I added. The font is FontleroyBrown.
I have become a big fan of this Photoshop filter plastic wrap. It gives a real three dimensional feel to the pictures.
Here are a couple of others I have done as well.
There are so many different ways to make more dramatic papers.
So cheers and go Team New Zealand.
Have a nice day.
