Good morning from a calm Hastings.
Yesterday we hit 33 degrees. Not quite the same degree (excuse the pun) as in Melbourne and Adelaide yesterday. We also have ferocious winds too. It was hard to stand still for taking photos. We are waiting for a storm to hit us. So I knew that the sunset would be awesome so I waited patiently for the colours to come. This is the first photo.
The sun started to set.
It did put up a struggle but eventually it went down.
The wait was worth it because we had such an amazing cloud formation.
Then the sky turned red.
It was just a matter of waiting patiently. But it was worth the wait.

Absolutely fantastic skies. The wait was well worth it. I guess that’s hot for Hastings.
