Good morning from a sunny Hastings.
I have been getting up at 5.15 AM for a few days now just to do my blog. Actually my son has to get up this early to go to bible study so I thought I would get up to make sure he gets up and then sit down in the peace and quiet to do my blog. It has been great as it now takes me about 2 hours just to read everyones’ blogs and then do mine. It leaves me more time during the day to get my knitting done.
Anyway here is the second part to my raindrop photos. There were just too many to show yesterday. The above photo is a pohutakawa – have fun trying to pronounce that one. It is a native New Zealand flowering tree.
Dahlias.
Roses of course.
I think these are petunias – correct me if I am wrong.
Daisies I think, or at least part of the family of daisies.
A naked lady. I just love this pink colour. It is so fresh.
I missed this hibiscus photo yesterday.
A touch of green.
It was hard to chose my favourites.
Thanks for visiting.
Lovely florals Raewyn, that gorgeous pink daisy is my fave.
2 hours reading blogs is quite a commitment isn’t it. It’s first thing for my morning too, I read them on ipad. I wonder if ill ever get time to read a book again lol 🙂

It is not just the blogs – I read the newspaper online as well as do their crosswords. It is nice to do it in the peace and quiet at that time of the day. All my books are now on the phone. 😀
