Good morning again.
Last week it was my birthday and I got a lovely bouquet of gerberas (I think that is the spelling) from my husband without any prompting (!). They were just beautiful and of course I have immortalised them on my 5S. I have found the phone on the 5S to be a lot sharper than the 4S.
The above photos were edited in Photoshop while the ones below in Snapseed.
It wasn’t just the flowers that were interesting, but also the pink dotted paper.
More interesting abstract images. They were a lot of fun to play with.

Keep Your Chin Up…
Good morning from a drier Hastings.
Here is the second half of the post for this challenge by Sophia at Sonel’s Corner Photo-Editing Challenge. I was fascinated by the droplets of water on my car after the sun had come out after a heavy shower. I really had fun with the editing of these photos as they become so abstract and completely different from the originals.
Here are some others.
I forgot to add these photos last night of droplets on these flowers.
They can also go under the abstract category too.
Thanks for visiting and here are a couple of other great blogs to visit as well.
Your Disco Needs You…
Good evening from a rather wet and windy Hastings.
Actually this challenge is rather appropriate for us at the moment. There is rather a lot of water around.
I was totally blown away by Sophia’s post at Sonel’s Corner Photo-Editing Challenge. She has really set the standard high this week. I too have been fascinated by water droplets and have quite a selection. So I am doing this in two posts. This first one is relating to nature. The other one is a surprise for tomorrow.
I have used GIMP for the cartoon filter, then FX Photostudio Pro for the final editing. I liked the cartoon filter as it really outlined the droplets.
So here are the rest for tonight.
Thank you for visiting.
