Cee’s Black and White Challenge: Fruits of Autumn

6

Good morning from a cool Hastings morning.

As we are now well into autumn I found some fruits still hanging on the trees around Hastings.

I thought that they would make the perfect photos for Cee’s Black and White Challenge this week.

Cee’s Black & White Challenge: Food

The first photo is the last of the apples.

The last of the fejoias.

The last of the lychees.

The last of the black grapes.

The last of the green grapes.

But persimmons are now in season.

3

Some enterprising people bag the persimmons up and sell on the side of the road.

2

Hastings is the fruit bowl of New Zealand so I thought it would be appropriate to showcase some of our fruits.

This week I have gone for the monochrome feel – edited with FX Foto Pro for something a bit different.
