Where I am living now we are not allowed any pets. Â But that doesn’t stop this cat from making him/herself at home.
This house is a cat friendly house with 2 cat doors so I found it inside last night. There is something about me that attracts cats to me. Â I adore them so it is hard not being able to have one, but this will do instead.

Good morning from a cold Hastings.
I enjoyed Cee’s tips last week on taking floral macros. Â I have always struggled with this. Â My camera is mega slow after I dropped it so need to have perfect conditions to take really good shots. I have a lot of problems getting the right depth of field. Â So I took her advice and zoomed in as much as I can and then cropped back to get my final images.
These were taken in our garden. Â For the first image I wasn’t happy with the colour tone so used a filter to make it more interesting.
I still tend to use filters to get a more interesting final image. Â I suppose though, it is all about developing my own style too. Â I really miss my Mac apps though.
These were all edited with Photoscape.
