Cee’s Fun Foto: Pastels

When I was going through my photos I was struck by how I seem to gravitate to strong, vibrant colours.  So it was quite hard to come up with pastel photos for Cee’s Fun Foto Challenge this week. So I found these delicate pastel rose photos.

I see next week’s challenge for for vibrant colours so that will be easier.

Wordless Wednesday: King of the Tree

Michelle’s Weekly Pet Challenge: Sunbathing Cat

Good morning from a calmer but grey Hastings morning.

It is weird but when I get up in the morning it is very calm but usually within a couple of hours the winds pick up and it is very blustery.  The past few days when I opened my curtains I have found the neighbour’s cat sunbathing on our deck.  As you can see around him the wisteria has been blown around.  It is a lovely spot in the sun and he loves to pose for me.
