Phoneography Challenge: Macro

Morning glory macro (488x640)

Good morning from a cool and cloudy Hastings morning.  Yesterday we hit 33 degrees and had the highest temperature in the country.  Phew.  It was so bad for me – this house is rather cool with all the windows open.

Anyway onto this challenge by Sally.

I have gone for a sci fi look about my photos today.  When I did the editing on this last night on Snapseed I was thinking about The X Files which is what these photos remind me of.  While I have been beading madly I have been watching this series from the beginning – I am now up to series 2 episode 14 I think.  Anyway these photos somehow remind me of the opening graphics.  Sort of.

    1. My daughter is into all the Marvel series and I was telling her that The X Files were the first series with the Internet involvement and that it inspired so many other shows. I just love the graphics they used as well. I first saw it in German so it is interesting to see how much is lost in translation.

      1. I always wanted them to get together, shame it never quite happened. I suppose it wouldn’t have suited the story line – the closest it got was in the X file movies.
There is nothing like watching again. Enjoy Raewyn whilst you make that dress. 🙂 ❤

  1. Raewyn, that first one is a winner!! Don’t know that it reminds me of “X-Files”, but I really like it. 🙂 We’ve probably seen all the episodes at least once or twice or, in the case of my husband, many times. I think the Fluke Man is the grossest one! Ewwwww!
