Good morning from a grey, rather stormy Hastings morning. A great day for The X Files and beading. Yup, still at it.
Thank you everyone for your kind wishes for Ruth. She got down to Wellington safely and is settling into her new flat. She still texted to make sure her brother was home from work. And she texted to ask what I was eating for tea. Some habits die hard.
This week Cherie from The Daily Post has given us the prompt to find symmetry. I have chosen this photo as I love the fact that nature still prevails over man. The daffodil still manages to poke it’s head through the fence palings to seek the sun.
Symmetry (noun): the quality of something that has two sides or halves that are the same or very close in size, shape, and position; the quality of having symmetrical parts.

What a stunning shot Raewyn! I love the symmetry in the shot. Glad to hear all in fine there and wish we could get some stormy weather here. Please send some over. Thanks. 😀 ♥

Thanks Sophia. It was cold yesterday and we had a little rain but then it should heat up towards the end of the week, just in time for the Art Deco Weekend. Which is worse, hot and cold, or just plain hot?

I love the rain and here it’s getting cooler as well and we had some rain during the night. The Art Deco sounds like fun.
Now that is a good question for sure. I think I just prefer plain cold. 😆
