Cee’s Black and White Challenge: Things made out of plastic

The Eye in the Bottle (1 of 1)

Here is my challenge for Cee’s black and white challenge.

I was thinking of what photo to use.  The only thing I could think of was plastic bottles.  So yesterday I took this photo of a half empty drink bottle on the table.  The table cloth was floral.  In colour that table cloth was very distracting.  Then when I edited it to black and white I found this eye.  In colour this is lost. Edited in photoshop (not very good but I am getting there.)

  1. Hi Raewyn, Must confess that the ‘eye’ caught my eye before I read a word of your post. Quite strange. Re Photoshop, I am just beginning to use it also. Boys gave me PS Elements 13 for my birthday. Not sure if it is a ‘cut down’ version or not. It is certainly not as expensive as some versions, though. 🙂 Great shot.

    1. The elements version is a lot easier than photoshop. A better layout. I had it on my iMac which ex-hubby stole. But I still have the Time Capsule so would be able to access it when I finally get a settlement and can buy a new computer. You have to have high specs for the bigger version.
