This week Ed from Sunday Stills has asked us for our photos of creeks and rivers.
Last week after Cyclone Pam’s heavy rain I headed down to Ngaruroro River which starts in the Ruahine Forest Park and Kaweka ranges to the west of us. (I hope I got that right)
I was hoping to see some high waters as when we have a lot of rain but by the time I got down there the waters had receded quite a lot.
This runs down to the sea along the East coast just south of Napier.
Thanks for visiting.

What an interesting place to shoot at. Love the dreary look from the clouds.

I know you must be tired of looking at dreary skies, but these are lovely.

Thanks. The last couple of days have been glorious – after a cold start though.

These images are awesome, Raewyn, despite the heaviness and clouds. Great shots, my friend. Love, Amy
