CHERI LUCAS ROWLANDS has asked us for our photos of trios in her post for the Weekly Photo Challenge.
As I am doing acrylic painting I am always aware of the basic composition rules of either 1 or 3 objects to make a more pleasing composition. I think the same goes with flower arranging. I don’t always stick to these rules but did find these photos taken on the 25th September, after a week of solid rain. I have shown these photos in monochrome. So here are them in colour.
Then I just had to show these 3 cows in monochrome.

That’s a lot of water, Raewyn. Even though my eyes saw the water, my head thought “Winter!” I imagine that’s because we might be getting snow tonight or tomorrow. But the bare trees look chily in B&W.

It was a miserable week of cold and driving rain. The sun had come out but it was still cool. The water was originally right up to the bridge but luckily the rain then stopped
