One Word Photo Challenge: Undergrowth

Undergrowth

Good morning from another warm sunny day here in Hastings.

I am so happy as I have sold a painting for $75.

Serenity

The woman who brought it was keen on having more paintings like this.  So I may be busy over the summer.

Anyway onto  Jennifer Nichole Wells challenge which this week is Armadillo.  Now we don’t have them here in New Zealand.  I have only seen them in zoos so have no photos. So as armadillos love to forage around for food in the undergrowth I found a photo I took on Te Mata peak of the undergrowth.  The small flicks of light is actually a spiderweb with small debris caught up in it.  It was amazing – the web just seemed to shimmer in the light.
