One Word Photo: Rose Among the leaves

Good morning from another hot and muggy Hastings day.

This week Jennifer Nichole Wells has said that Sometimes a background can show you a lot about an image.  Yet I tend to blur the background with either using the camera or with my post processing to bring an object into the central focus.  So this morning I had to search to find this image taken in the little garden next to Cornwall Park.

The rose is still the focal point, but the leaves around it show that it is part of the bush.
