Good morning from another hot and muggy day. Last night at 10.30 PM it was still 27.9 degrees celsius inside which is 82.22 degrees fahrenheit. How can one sleep in that temperature. At least the humidity has dropped somewhat.
Anyway onto this week’s challenge set by KRISTA over at The Daily Post.
This week show us something you’re optimistic about, or perhaps a talisman that helps you stay positive and hopeful, regardless of what life (and the weather!) throws your way.
Krista mentions how cold it is and what gives her optimism is to think about the first signs of spring.
Me, I am optimistic – at least most of the time. The cup is always half full for me. But there are things that lift my spirit when feeling a little down. Flowers are always a favourite for me to feel optimistic.
Looking out of the window and watching the birds and listening to their birdsong is always inspiring.
Not to mention the sunrises, even when it is freezing cold. The beauty of the light on the water just calms and refreshes the soul.
Then there is always the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.
