One Word Photo Challenge: Backlit leaves and petals

Good morning from a humid and cloudy Hastings day.  We have thunderstorms forecast for this afternoon – should be interesting.

For my blogging friends up in the wintery Northern Hemisphere I have found some bright backlit images for you all as part of Jennifer Nichole Wells‘s great photo challenge.

I do tend to take a lot of backlit photos – I love the shadows on the other petals.

It makes for some abstract images
