Good morning from a cold but sunny Hastings morning.
This week Cee has asked us what makes us happy. Well my first thoughts are my children Ruth and Martin. I am very proud of them, especially as both of them are doing so well at college. I am always happy with them around.
Being out in nature makes me happy too. Just going to a park and getting away from the rat race and listening to the birds and looking at the beauty around me. That always lifts my spirits and makes me happy.
