Good morning from a wet and miserable Hastings day. Winter has arrived with it’s first storm this year. Over the last 24 hours there have been over 30,000 lightening strikes around the country. We missed out on it, just got some heavy rain which we badly need. But it is definitely colder.
So onto more mundane things. Tuesday for me here in the future means it is time for Sally’s mobile device challenge. So first up is a still life that I had taken with the HDR feature on my iPhone. Then I merged them in Lightroom as well as tweaking a bit in Photoshop.
Then here are some clouds I had taken and then edited with Snapseed. I wanted to keep the splash of colour to show the sun’s heat.

Raewyn, your still life draws me into your composition with its contrast and tones. It’s a truly lovely image with a soft patina. Happy Photo Challenge.
