Good morning from a very wet and soggy Hastings day. The predicted storm arrived last night, with very heavy rain. When I got up this morning it was very loud and a lot of the wet stuff. It has calmed down a lot. Which is a relief because it is my last Social Snappers group for a while. I am taking a break as I really want to concentrate on getting a book together. I have set up a Pledge Me account to help finance it. Any donations over $50 gets the book. Here in New Zealand I can’t do a GoFundMe account as it doesn’t recognised New Zealand for the bank account. It doesn’t use PayPal. But if you are interested just take a look.
Onto this challenge hosted by Cee. Distance. So here are a couple of photos taken at Pakowhai Park. It was a beautiful crisp winter’s day. There was snow on the distant hills which you can just see in the distance of this first image.
Even with a full zoom the ranges look a long way into the distance.
