Good morning from a chilly Hastings morning.
So, it is now Tuesday for me here in the future. Which means it is time for Sally’s mobile photography challenge. I have been enjoying her editing with Pixlr. It is just so much fun. To the point of having to make an effort to stop. Today it is 4th Monday, which means the Challenger’s Choice (Pick One: Abstraction, Animals, Architecture, Food Photography, Night Photography, Objects, Panorama, Portraiture, Still Life, Street Photography, and Travel).
So here is a street scene, taken during the bewitching hour of a sunset. It is a montage of the same image added three times with different filters to get this zooming effect. Plus I added some orange skies in another image. The last overlay I added I inverted the colours just to add a bit of pizzazz. I don’t have a theme in my mind when I do any editing. I just go by my gut instincts and just having fun.
And here is a sunrise, so a still life in nature as Sally calls it, and again playing in Pixlr. I must say my favourite really has to be the first image.

Thanks for visiting.
I had no idea how you did it, but the first one is amazing. Which apps you use?

I use Pixlr – you can get apps for phones as well as a desktop version (free) which I used. It really is a lot of fun. Thanks Amy

Raewyn, I know exactly how you are feeling. It’s as though Pixlr has possessed me. Your first image is a gem. It reminds me of a doorway to a fantasy world that we create in our day and night dreams. Well done. Happy Photo Challenge.
