Cee’s Black & White Challenge: Patterns in Nature

Good morning from a cool spring day here in Hastings.

The majority of my photography is nature photography – fauna and flora.  There is such beauty around us and lots of patterns.  I love taking photos of ferns.  Well our emblem is the Silver Fern and that is what is embroidered on all our national sports uniforms.  So for Cee’s Black & White Challenge this week I have some lovely ferns for you.

They do showcase really well in black and white.

It is always fun to come home and find some interesting photos such as this last one.
