Good morning from a cold, frosty Hastings morning. At least it is calm after yesterday’s nasty storm with heavy winds and rains. Now we have a frost. Spring is taking a back step. Hopefully today and the next week she will be back.
So onto this week’s Travel Theme. I noticed going through my reader that there were a couple of posts featuring birds. So, of course, here are my birds. I took these photos the same day as my sparrow photo from Wednesday’s pet post. This time I decided to do some black and white. I haven’t really done much lately owing to a lack of my mac. Then last night I played around with these photos on my iPad and I found that I could do a lot with black and white editing. I can’t adjust the tones much as I just have to use the filters that I have – so these are edited in Snapseed, Photoshop and Distressed FX for an Ansel feel to them.
Here is Ailsa’s post to check out this challenge:
And a couple of other great posts:

I recently watched a program on bird migration. They indeed are experienced travelers.

They are. These just hang around the hot chicken store – they know where the food is. 😀
